I've been a Physio for over 15 years and have a broad base of experience both in the NHS in the UK and here in Australia.
I like to treat the whole person with a focus on empowering you to be a part of your own recovery. I use a combination of hands-on techniques, exercise rehabilitation, education and I also have a special interest in ergonomics and posture at the workplace and in life.
I became a Physio because I love helping people, that hasn't changed and since starting my journey and training in Pranic Energy Healing about 6 years ago, that intention has only grown along with my ability to do that!
